About this concept
Podere Collebrado is a design concept by Mourra Studio. The farm, the family, the menu, the prices and the contacts are invented so we can show, end to end, what we build for agriturismi, wineries, farm restaurants and rural hotels.
It is all invented
Nothing here is a real business. Real places (Val d'Orcia, Pienza, Monte Amiata and the other towns) appear only as context; the farm's position on the map is invented. Phone numbers and the email address cannot reach anyone, forms send nothing, and the shop's checkout is switched off.
The guest notes are samples written for the demo. They are not reviews and are not marked up as reviews.

What the demo shows
- Three visual directions on the same content, switchable in one attribute
- Today on the hill: Italian time, sunrise, sunset and weather, live
- A living menu with diet chips, EU-14 allergen filters and a print version
- A booking hub for tables, experiences, stays and events, with calendars that know the opening days, live price estimates and an .ics file
- A campsite calculator that handles stays across low and high season
- English and Italian, with a switch that keeps you on the same page
- Animation slots: every moving thing can be swapped for a video, Lottie or Rive file

Every photograph on this site was generated with AI on fal.ai (Seedream 5 Lite; one spare frame with Krea 2), and every video loop was made from one of those stills with Kling 2.5 Turbo image-to-video. We used Pinterest for mood and composition references only. The animal engravings are public-domain line drawings from Wikimedia Commons, traced to vectors.

How it is built
Next.js 16 (App Router, React Server Components), Tailwind CSS 4, Motion, next-intl, react-hook-form with zod, react-day-picker. Every piece of copy lives in typed content files, so a real client's site is mostly a content-and-tokens swap. Accessible to WCAG 2.2 AA, keyboard-first, and calm under reduced motion.
